"Good for storage, but there's room for improvement"
Pros:
1. The download and upload speeds are impressive when stacked against Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive. This service is a solid cloud storage option that could easily take the place of any physical hard drive.
2. If you can snag the permanent 1TB storage at the promotional price on StackSocial, it's definitely a bargain.
3. You can connect to multiple cloud storage services for straightforward access and management.
4. Setting up a network drive on your computer is a breeze, which is super handy.
5. Customer support is top-notch.
Cons:
1. It would be nice if they included a 'Store in cloud storage' feature like OneDrive does. This would let you keep physical files in your Koofr folder on your computer while only having the full-sized versions online. When you need to open a file, it would download automatically, saving precious storage space on your device.
2. There's no 're-sync' button for when syncing errors pop up. Even though customer service assured me it would re-sync automatically, I’m not buying it since the error stuck around. I ended up having to hit Pause and Sync again to clear it.
3. I can't find a 'Check for updates' button, so I’m left wondering if my Koofr app on Windows is always current.
4. The encryption needs some work, particularly during uploads.

"Customer Service Needs Improvement"
The support team seems to have a bias and appears to be too close to Koofr itself. They don’t quite get that the customer should be the priority. It feels like they treat the company as if it’s the customer, making it tough to get good service. In the end, Koofr did come through for me, so it’s not all bad. I wouldn’t outright say to avoid them, just be ready to be patient if issues pop up. I genuinely wish Koofr all the best and believe they can make it, though I have my doubts about their product. Their customer service definitely has room for growth.

"Trustworthy Item"
The support for third-party storage options by Koofr is fantastic, and you can count on the sustainability of their products. Even though they can be a bit rigid with the UI design and don’t change the functions much, it’s still pretty commendable.

"Using this company was a big mistake."
I really regret ever dealing with this company.
I purchased a lifetime plan from Stack Social, thinking it was a sweet deal, but it turned into a total nightmare.
When I finally made the switch, Koofr told me to link my DropBox account to theirs to move my files. Unfortunately, Koofr LOST a ton of my data, and all they could say was that it was impossible and to check the trash!? Ridiculous. They didn’t believe me at all. What a terrible experience.
I lost sleep over this. The missing files were super important.
I should’ve made a backup, what was I thinking?
After a long argument, I managed to get a refund from Stack Social.
Then, out of nowhere, Koofr locked me out of my account without any warning!
I’d say using them is a huge risk. Everything seems fine with Koofr until it’s not.
Thank goodness DropBox was able to recover my data from just before I transferred it to Koofr. They actually believed me and understood how crucial data is to a person’s life. That made all the difference. DropBox is a real service with professionals, unlike Koofr, which feels more like a hobby.

"Top-notch Cloud Storage Option"
I've tried out a few cloud storage services, and I gotta say, Koofr ranks among the top. I picked up the 1TB plan through stacksocial back in November 2019, and redeeming the space was a breeze.
Here are some ups and downs:
**Pros:**
1) Ongoing app development
2) Multi-platform applications (I'm a Linux user!)
3) Really impressive upload/download speeds!
4) User-friendly app and web interface
5) WebDAV compatibility
6) Two-factor authentication available
7) Quick responses from support
8) Data centers located in Europe
**Cons:**
1) No private key encryption
2) No client-side encryption
I plan to stick with this awesome cloud storage service as long as it’s available!
Thanks, Koofr, and keep up the great work!

"For the best experience, skip the rest"
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KOOFR! This service is the most cutting-edge Cloud Storage option available. The team puts in a ton of effort to meet user needs. I really appreciate how it works seamlessly with Office and other popular cloud services. They prioritize privacy and don’t track your activity. Your data is kept safe with AES256 encryption when stored and TLS during transfer. So, you can rest easy knowing it’s secure. It won’t just vanish like some folks claim (that guy was trying to trick Koofr with fake accounts to score extra space, and those accounts got shut down). I’ve given it a shot too, and it clearly shows that Koofr is serious about security.

"The Best Cloud Storage I've Tried"
I was on the hunt for top-notch and secure cloud storage. Initially, I picked icedrive, but their customer support was super slow and sometimes didn’t even get back to me. Then I tried pcloud, but I came across a bunch of comments about accounts getting deleted due to pcloud snooping around user data for copyright issues. Finally, I stumbled upon koofr, and let me tell you, I’m really happy I did! They are quick to respond to emails, and their upload and download speeds work great for me. Their privacy policy is solid! Honestly, I haven’t seen any other cloud service that claims to have zero tracking on users like koofr does.

"My Journey to Finding the Right Cloud Solution"
I've explored a bunch of cloud services before I stumbled upon Koofr. Their privacy policy really stands out, and they’re super clear about how they handle data processing and protection. Sure, there are cheaper options out there (when you look at price per GB) that also claim to offer zero-knowledge encryption. But honestly, I believe it’s risky to rely solely on one provider. If you’re serious about keeping your sensitive info safe, consider using another open-source tool to encrypt your files before uploading them to the cloud, or just stick to offline backups. It’s not too hard for a single cloud provider to tweak their code and potentially compromise your private keys whenever they want. But Koofr is different. They focus on safeguarding your data from loss, come with a bunch of useful features, and allow for seamless file sharing with family, friends, and coworkers. Plus, the best part? It works anytime, anywhere. Some of the standout features of Koofr include a speedy and smooth experience, a clean and attractive user interface, automatic folder synchronization, complete control over sharing, the ability to receive files via folder links (no need for the other party to register), integration with other cloud platforms and MS Office Online, remote access to local desktop folders, WebDAV support, a variety of paid plans, and loads of helpful tutorials.
P.S. Koofr saved me from the hassle of downloading 40 GB of study materials from my university's Google Drive and then re-uploading them to my personal cloud. It was just one simple integration with my Google Account, and everything was done in the background (server-side). Big thanks to the team!

"Top-notch storage solution"
This has got to be the finest cloud storage available! They really care about users and their privacy. Even though they aren't one of the big players, they're consistently working hard to roll out new features for us. You can be confident that your data is protected and secure, and if you ever run into questions or problems, the support crew is super quick, helpful, and friendly. I totally recommend Koofr over ANY other option. Fingers crossed they keep it up in the future... For now, I trust them so much that I'm going for a lifetime subscription.

"Fantastic Service Experience"
Pros:
1. Lightning Fast
2. Top-notch UI and UX I've encountered
3. Handling other cloud services and transferring files among them
4. Super Affordable
5. Excellent Customer Support
Cons:
1. No application available for Android TV
I get that it's not really useful for a lot of folks to have it on Android TV, but for me, it would have been awesome to stream videos straight from the cloud on my Android TV.

"Awesome Service and Support"
Fantastic assistance and quick email responses. Upload speeds are impressive, and the apps work well with other services like Air Live Drive. Koofr really prioritizes privacy, which is a big plus. It would be cool to see some tweaks on the Android app, like being able to sort photos by the date they were created. I don't think that's an option right now. A few minor changes on the PC app would also be appreciated. All in all, it's been a great experience!
Just a quick note: Trustpilot claims this is an invited review, but that's not the case. I was here for a different review from another company.

"All's well up to now"
All's well up to now. My girlfriend and I are pleased with the lifetime deal for 1TB. Koofr has a neat appearance and serves as a solid cloud/backup option. The interface for both the app and mobile version looks fantastic.

"Great lifetime offer, fingers crossed they stick around"
I snagged a solid deal and I'm using 250GB. Their interface and overall experience are pretty nice. I opted for the lifetime plan. Still, I can't help but wonder how long they'll keep this going since a lot of companies are shutting down after offering lifetime deals.

"Great value and quick performance"
Great value and quick performance, I reckon it's quicker than other cloud services. I picked up the XL 250GB and I'm pretty satisfied overall. It's been a lifesaver for my backups and works like a charm.
